By accessing ameronics.com (the “Site”) or submitting a quote or inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, (b) interfere with its operation, (c) use automated tools to scrape content beyond reasonable indexing, or (d) misrepresent your identity in any submission.

All content on the Site — including product names, logos, text, images, datasheets, schematics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Ameronics and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial reference only. Republication or commercial use requires written permission.

Specifications, features, and availability shown on the Site are provided for reference and may change without notice. Final specifications, pricing, lead time, and warranty terms for any product are governed by the written quotation, order acknowledgment, or sales contract issued by Ameronics.

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract. A binding agreement is formed only when Ameronics issues a written acknowledgment of an accepted purchase order. Standard Ameronics terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders unless superseded by a signed agreement.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Ameronics does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ameronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Liability for direct damages is limited to USD $100.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Ameronics does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

Ameronics products and technical data may be subject to U.S. export control laws. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer any product or information obtained from the Site in violation of those laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
